Essay

The object of the investigation is professional activity of teachers of general educational school. A research purpose is the theoretical ground of model of process of the professional becoming of young teachers in general educational school. Theoretical results and novelty are follows: a) the complex of pedagogical terms of the professional becoming of young teachers is first certain in general educational school; b) the model of the professional becoming of young teachers process is developed in general educational school. Practical results and research novelty consist in development and introduction of method of diagnostics of levels of the professional becoming of young teachers in general educational school and method of organization of process of the professional becoming of beginnings teachers. Object and degree of introduction is the having a special purpose complex program of work of "School of young teacher", work's program "School of tutorship", is developed, methodical recommendations foryoung teachers "Bank fast helping". Efficiency of introduction is high. Branch is pedagogical, general educational establishments, gymnasia.
