Liakh T. Socio-pedagogical activities of student volunteer groups

Object: social pedagogical activities of volunteers; Aim: to define, theoretically ground and experimentally check conditions of social pedagogical activities of volunteer groups of students; Methods: literature analysis, comparison, generalization, systematization, content-analysis, questioning, expert survey, statistical analysis; Novelty: at the first time the definition “student volunteer group” was elaborated, classification of the groups was developed, basic characteristics of the groups were explored, model of ensuring of social pedagogical activities of student volunteer groups was developed and introduced; content and forms of training for students and leaders of student volunteer groups on volunteer activities were improved; theoretical footing of volunteer activities gained further developments as necessary component of social pedagogical activities; Results: training program “Schools for organizers of social pedagogical activities of volunteers” for leaders of volunteer groups, training course “Basics of volunteering”, and curricular “Methodology of organization of activities of group of volunteers” were introduced; Field – social pedagogy.
