Hybridization of diploid-polyploid complex of spined loaches genus Cobіtіs. Ascertain: places of education and tendency of advancement of polyploid forms, nature of the processes of of reproduction and hybridization in their common areas. The methods are biochemical genic marking and cytometric analysis. first discovered specimens with recombination of genetic material and abnormal spectra. Were obtained data on genetic structure of diploid-polyploid complex of spined loaches of genus Cobіtіs, it is confirmed that gynogenesis of spined loaches is not a generically neutral event. The field is genetics.
