Essay

The peculiarities of structural organization of healthy newborns’ hearts and remodelling of heart chambers and bloodstream in cases of antenatal infection and pneumopathy have been studied by the complex of morphological methods. It was established that massometrical, planymetrical, and volumetrical characteristics of right ventricle of healthy newborn’s heart were higher. Histostereometrical parameters of newborns’ heart parts correlate with their macrometrical parameters. Antenatal infection and pneumopathy led to the morphological reconstruction of newborns’ myocardial parts at all levels of their structural organization. The modelled pathology conditions caused disproportionate and unbalanced changes of massometrical parameters of the heart parts, dilatation of the heart chambers, considerable decrease of heart ventricles reserve volumes. In this case, comperative stromal and affected cardiac hystiocytes volumes were increased, comperative capillary volumes were diminished, capillaro-hystiocytal, stromal-cardiomyocytal, nuclear-cytoplasmatic correlations were violated. This changes accompanied by blood supply worsening of research structures and hypoxia. Complex morphometry has demonstrated that comparative macro- and hystostereometric cardioparameters are the most information and diagnostic.
