Shalashova I. Clinical and therapeutic peculiarities of dependence on psychostimulants of different methods of production

In the dissertation it was given a theoretical generalisation and a new decision of a scientific problem of clinical and therapeutic peculiarities of development of mental, behavioral and concomitant neurological disorders due to usage of psychostimulants of different methods of production. It was proved that clinical pictures of withdrawal syndrome in patients depended on methamphetamine and in patients depended on cathinone are different. Single neurological disorders do not influence practically on the mental status of patients depended on methamphetamine, whereas neurological symptoms essentially aggravates mental status in patients depended on cathinone. A treatment efficacy in patients depended on methamphetamine is significantly higher than in patients depended on cathinone both on a degree of neurological symptomatics reduction and on a degree of decreasing of a general severity of the psychopathology. Prescription of Risperidone is recommended to the patients depended on methamphetamine. Alsoit is not recommended to include tranquilizers in a complex therapy for syndrome of psychostimulant withdrawal.
