Object of research - initializing process of products' parameters of providing transport services project. Purpose of research - the system of models which support the process of products' parameters of providing transport services project. Methods of research: methods of fundamental theory development, general system theory, general management theory, theories of project management, artificial intelligence and pattern recognition, operational research, fuzzy-set theory, stochastic processes and genetics. Dissertational research is devoted to working out the system of supporting models for process of initialization of providing transport services projects. There is expedience of application of such evolutional approaches to the providing transport services projects as biological and genetic one. The features of project progress during its life cycle were explored as the system of above biological level of organization. The priority of initializing process in purposeful development of project was verified. The identification of products for phases of project of providing the transport services taking into account the specific features of such projects was worked out. The composition and structure of genetic model of project products were built up. The system of models which support the process of project initialization in determined and undetermined conditions was created.
