The object - the process of professional training of prospective primary school teacher; the aim - to find out the efficiency of the developed technology of professional activity innovative style of pedagogical college students forming to raise the level of their professional training; the methods - theoretical, empiric, of expert assessment, of mathematical statistics; the novelty - the essence of teacher's professional activity innovative style as a complex of modes of pedagogical college students' professional-pedagogical activity has been defined for the first time, the criteria and indices of the levels of professional activity innovative style formation have been specified; the results - the technology of prospective teacher's professional activity innovative style forming has undergone an experimental check, its efficiency has been proved.
