KRIVENTSOV M. Structural changes of the rat mesenteric lymph nodes under parenteral injection of the xenogenic cerebrospinal fluid

Results of the carried out research allow to assert, that parenteral injection of cerebrospinal fluid causes considerable morphological changes at histologic and cytologic levels of the mesenteric lymph nodes of the rats which degree of expressiveness depends from ontogenetic period of animals-recipients and frequency rate of injection of cerebrospinal fluid. The revealed changes concern as lymphoid component of lymph nodes (specific changes), and stromal structures and sinus spaces (not specific changes). Features of lymph nodes morphological changes under parenteral injection of xenogenic cerebrospinal fluid an animal of early postnatal period are characterised as a whole by signs of the immunological suppresion with lines of activation of adaptable processes. Morphological changes of lymph nodes of animals of the period of the sexual maturity specify in a condition of increase of reactance of a lymph node as a organs of immunogenesis.
