Essay

Тo the study morphologic and cytogenetic characteristics of oocyte maturation and early embryonic development of parthenogenetic bovine and porcine embryos in vitro. Associativity between morphological and cytogenetical bovine and porcine oocytes, produced from ovaries at different phase of estrous cycle is determined. It is showed that decisive factor of determining optimal time of porcine maturing oocytes in vitro is a level of chromatin degeneration in metaphase II meiosis stage. It was showed the possibility of parthenogenetic activation of porcine mature oocytes after cytochalаsin D inhibition of the first meiotic division. It is shown that co-cultivation of porcine oocyte-cumulus complexes with the granulosa cells positively influences on the cytoplasmic maturation of gametes, that is represented in the development of parthenogenetic embryos to the early morula stage. It is determined that medium NSCU-23 is most optimumal for cultivation of porcine parthenogenetic embryos to 16-cell stage in vitro. The research results of question obtaining parthenogenetic bovine embryos in vitro by oocyte activation are presented.
