Oсhceretianyj V. Public-political and scientific activity of M. A. Slavinskogo (1868-1945)

The object of research is the personality of M. Slavynskiy, life and creation of the known social and political figure in the context of social and political processes in Ukraine in the end ХІХ - in the first half of ХХ item, and also in the environment of Ukrainian emigration 20-30 years of XX item. The aim of research is a scientific analysis of basic directions activity of M. Slavynskiy on the basis of complex study of the published sources and archived materials. The subjec of research: basic aspects of social and political and cultural-scientific work of M. Slavynskiy; role of his personality in the national-state revival of Ukraine and fight for its sovereignty and national state system.The methods of research: analysis, synthesis, logical, problem-chronological, comparative-history, retrospective.The results of research and novelty: there are investigated basic stages of the vital way of M.A. Slavynskiy in this dissertation. It was made by the way of the investigation of the socially - politicaland scientifically-pedagogical activity. The dissertation analyses the origin and development of the worldview positions of M.A. Slavynskiy and traces his scalene activity in the pre-revolution period and in time of UNR 1917-1920 which was directed on the protection of national interests. At first in this dissertation are given dates about M.A. Slavynskiy's participation in the life of the Ukrainian emigration in 20-30 years of XX item. The sphere of usage: subsequent development of subject of research, writing of summarizing labours, train aids, during reading of courses of history of Ukraine.
