Aim- theoretical foundation, the elaboration of the applied statements and specific guidelines on the improvement of the infusion solutions provision system during recovery from emergencies of natural, man-made and social and political genesis. Methods-of systematic approach, expert assessment, statistics and economics, mathematics and statistics, description, symbolic model, computer programming and cartographical analyses. Novelty-lays in solving understudied theoretical and practical problems of the system of population provision with the infusion solutions during recovery from emergencies. Findings--endogenous and exogenous factors have been determined and the degree of their influence on the durability and effectiveness of infusion solutions provision system during recovery from emergencies functioning has been analyzed; the structure of infusion solutions market has been studied; the ways of infusion solutions provision for the health care and medical institutions have been designated; the necessary amount of infusion solutions required for the delivery of health care and patient's treatment in cases of emergency has been defined; the state and level of material and technical basis of pharmacies accredited to produce infusion solutions and their staffing levels have been studied; the peculiarities of the symbolic model of the infusion solutions allocation have been researched and the possibility of application of the determined descriptive mathematic model of infusion solutions allocation has been scientifically grounded; the needs for infusion solutions for the delivery of health care and treatment for the population of L'viv in case of an earthquake have been defined; the norms of provison with infusion solutions for health care and medical institutions for a hundred of the injured have been worked out; the computer program "The identification of needs for infusion solutions for theperiod of emergency recovery" has been worked out; the algorithm for the development of the regional program of optimization of the population provision with the infusion solutions system has been provided. The results have been implemented into the academic activity in the highest medical educational establishments, practical activities of the head departments of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Health care and public administration, regional bases "Spetsmedpostach", oblas't clinical and central regional hospitals, pharmacies.
