Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the research of social and pedagogical conditions of cooperation between state and non-governmental organizations on HIV/AIDS prevention among studying youth. This work has defined the theoretical and methodological basis of the following notions: "social and pedagogical prevention of HIV/AIDS", "primary, secondary and tertiary prevention", "cooperation", "effective cooperation between state and non-governmental organizations", which exist in different branches of humanitarian science, the mechanisms of increasing the effectiveness of cooperation between state and non-governmental organizations are presented. Based on the analysis of the national and international works, the social and pedagogical model of effective cooperation between state and non-governmental organizations on HIV/AIDS prevention among studying youth is defined. It has been proved that cooperation between state and non-governmental organizations on HIV/AIDS prevention among studying youth will be more effective when the following conditions are united: elaboration of common goals, principles of cooperation; determination and implementation of the common goal of the HIV/AIDS prevention among students; selection and implementation of social-pedagogical forms of cooperation, ensuring integrative approach to HIV/AIDS prevention among students; professional level upgrading of the specialists of state and non-governmental organizations in the sphere of preventive work, management of cooperation and fundraising.
