The thesis is dedicated to complex analysis of activity specification of the russion, ukrainian and jewish political local organizations on the north of the Left bank of Ukraine. Much attention is devoted to the interaction of the parties with population, the power, other parties and parties' participation in the elections. The treating ukrainian question by the local political organizations is revealed. The regional peculiarities of the development of political parties' activity in the periods of XIX-XX cent., Russian Revolution the First 1905-1907, Stolypin's reaction are found out.
