Kaverin O. The Formation of Psychological Readiness of the Cadets of the Higher Educational Establishments of the MIA of Ukraine for the Maintenance of Law and Order

The theoretical and applied aspects of formation of psychological readiness of the cadets of the higher educational establishments of the MIA of Ukraine for the maintenance of law and order are considered in the dissertation. The by-laws context of the activity of law-enforcement agencies of the maintenance of law and order was analyzed. The general characteristics of operational service activity of the law-enforcement agencies on the maintenance of law and order was given. The psychological characteristics of the activity of the law-enforcement agencies of the maintenance of law and order in the context of professional psychological readiness of the law-enforcement agencies for the maintenance of law and order was defined. The professional valuable qualities which determine the readiness for the maintenance of law and order were investigated by the experiments. The place and the role of professional psychological preparation of the cadets during formation of psychological readiness for the maintenanceof law and order were found out. The psycho diagnosed methodology selection for the maintenance of law and order on the basis of definition of psychological readiness of the cadets was elaborated.
