Object: the system of national safety is in the context of modern integration processes in relation to forming of new architecture of international safety. Results: the process of permanent reformation of defensive industry of industry of countries of Centrally East Europe after disintegration of Organization of Warsaw Agreement and transformation is complex described military the sector of economy of independent countries which arose up on the walks of life of former Soviet Union; it is well-proven that reformation of defensive-industrial complex of countries was the requirement of time; certainly the personal touches of strategy of development of modern defensive sector of industry and possibility of the use of foreign experience in alteration of Ukrainian OPK.
