Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the examination of the peculiarities of structure, histogenesis, age changes of lymphoid formations of human larynx as well as to the study of genesis of lymphoid formations of rats larynx in norm and their reactive changes after intrafoetus antigen's influence. The presence in the larynx of human fetuses of diffusely posed lymphoid cells has been revealed. Their number is gradually increasing from the third to the eighth month of intrafoetus development. The intercellular interactions between lymphoid cells (including unripe PNA+ lymphocytes), epithelial and connective tissue frames larynx have been substantiated. The stages of development of lymphoid formations of humans and rats larynx have been revealed: diffusely posed lymphocytes – lymphoid clumps – perivascular lymphoid nodules - lymphoepithelial nodules. Lymphoid nodules in the rat's larynx aren't discovered. Intrafoetus antigen's injection accelerates the development of lymphoid formations of the larynx, formation of perivascular and lymphoepithelial nodules in rat, changes the dynamics of morphological populations of lymphocytes, leads to increase in number of PNA+ lymphocytes in larynx, influences upon creation and functional state of epithelial and connective structures.
