The features of environment of village are certain in dissertation research; essence of social activity of rural young people is exposed, logic of construction and functioning of model of social activity of rural young people is outlined ; the theoretical analysis of the modern going is given near the decision of problem of social activity of young people; found out the present problems of social activity of rural young people; complex sociological, psychological and pedagogical research is conducted what the model of environment of village, the constituents of which is created on the basis of : the semantic filling of environment, socially pedagogical terms and socially effective indexes of social activity is Developed criteria (semantic, motivational), indexes of social activity (professing interest, reason and social activity), discovered levels of their formed (high, middle, low) and efficiency of socially pedagogical terms and methods is tested inrelation to the increase of social activity of young people in environment of village.
