Essay

Object: military-settler system in the context of domestic policy of the Russian empire on Right-Bank Ukraine in the first half of XIX century. Aim: social-historical analysis of the military-settler system on territories of the Kiyevskaya and Podolskaya provinces and determination of its regional specific. Methods: comparative-historical, problem-chronologic, descriptive, statistical. Results: first the vital functions of soldiery settlements in the Kiyevskaya and Podolskaya provinces are analysed in the context of domestic policy of government of the Russian empire. Sphere of the use: for preparation of summarizings and special labours, courses of lectures from history of Ukraine, in teaching of the proper special courses.
