The work focused on developing of scientific and method approaches to forming prices and tariffs for extemporal medications have been developed and substantiated according to the National Standards of accounting. Scientific data concerning issues of preparation and the up-to-date approaches to determining extemporal medications cost have been studied and analysed. Extemporal medications range has been studied; resulting from the questioning of the pharmacists there have been determined factors of expenditures for preparing multicomponent medications. There has been proved the dependence of pharmacies total expenditures on the number and complexity of prepared medications, basic financial and economic indices; there have been developed correlation and regressive comparisons. There have been developed methods to estimating the cost of extemporal medications of serial production. Methodical approaches to calculating the cost of extemporal medications which are filled individually.
