Kredentser O. Psychological conditions of entrepreneurs' professional activity training in commercial business.

The dissertation is dedicated to analysis of distinctive features of development of entrepreneurs' psychological readiness for professional activity in trade. The work contains the theoretical foundation, methods and empirical investigation findings. The investigation identified distinctive psychological features of entrepreneurship in trade. The author revealed the subject and structure of entrepreneurs' psychological readiness for professional activity in trade being a system of motives, knowledge, capabilities, skills and personal attributes needed for efficient professional activity. It was found that the basic components of entrepreneurs' psychological readiness for professional activity in trade were underdeveloped. The author analyzed correlations between the basic components of entrepreneurs' psychological readiness for professional activity in trade and a number of professional, organizational, demographic and family factors. In order to develop basic components of entrepreneurs' psychological readiness for professional activity in trade a special training seminar called Psychology of Entrepreneurship in commercial business was elaborated.
