Essay

The author theoretically substantiates and experimentally studies psychological factors in the development of organizational culture of out-of-school education institutions. The thesis analyzes the psychological features of out-of-school education institutions and proposes a model of psychological factors in and conditions for the development of organizational culture of out-of-school education institutions. Based on the results of empirical research, the author concludes that teaching staff of out-of-school education institutions are focused on strengthening «progressive» and reducing «conservative» types of organizational culture in their institutions. The author also discusses the relationship between internal and external meso-level and micro-level factors in and the levels of development of different types of organizational culture of out-of-school education institutions. Besides, the presents her out-of-school education institution teaching staff's training program in organizational culture development.
