Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to analysis of distinctive characteristics of development of civil servants' psychological teamwork readiness. The work contains the theoretical substantiation, methods and empirical investigation findings. The investigation determined distinctive psychological features of civil service today as well as revealed contents and structure of civil ervants' psychological teamwork readiness. The investigation found that the basic components of civil servants' psychological teamwork readiness were underdeveloped with the basic teamwork readiness prevailing over the innovative teamwork readiness. The civil servants' psychological teamwork readiness was shown to correlate with a number of the respondents' professional, organizational, social and demographic characteristics (position, education, length of service, gender and age). The author developed and tested a technology of civil servants' teamwork psychological training.
