Lyashchenko O. Morphological display of compensatory processes in normal and polycystic ovary left after unilateral ovariectomy in the condition of an alcoholic intoxication and its correction by grapes polyphenols (experimental research).

Object – morphological changes of the female reproductive system in the conditions of the changed homeostasis; methods – anatomical, histological, morphometrical, mathematic-statistical; novelty – presence of the morph functional asymmetry was revealed not only in normal, but polycystic ovaries of rats with predomination of the right side, new data about the character of compensation-adaptive changes occurring in normal and polycystic ovaries remaining after unilateral ovariectomy at various stages of the postnatal ontogenesis are obtained, stages of the compensational processes in glands are allocated, was offered and has received a morphological substantiation the way to use a concentrate of polyphenols of grapes in case of an alcoholic intoxication for ovaries of the Wistar female rats left after unilateral ovariectomy; results – dynamic of the compensational hypertrophy in normal and polycystic ovaries after unilateral ovariectomy is tracked. It was proved that concentrate of polyphenols of grapescan be used as an additional method in the complex of chronic alcoholic intoxication treatment directed on the restoration of the fertile function at women; region – medicine.
