Objects - system, particularly process of medicamentous provision of patients suffering from rheumatic joint diseases with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs); aim - substantiation of theoretical basics and practical recommendations aimed at the improvement of medicamentous provision for patients suffering from rheumatic joint diseases with NSAIDs; methods - bibliometrical, systemic, marketing, mathematical and statistical (multiple regression and correlation analysis, dispersing analysis according to the test of Kruskal-Wallis ANOVA), expert evaluation, modeling, graphico-mathematical; novelty - the assortment and price analysis of NSAIDs, their competitiveness level estimation, optimization of registration and analysis of pharmacotherapy data have been carried out, consumption and demand of NSAIDs have been determined for patients suffering from rheumatic joint diseases; results - the assortment and price analysis of NSAIDs has been carried out from the standpoint of producers, wholesale and retail traders; recorded NSAIDs side effects in Ukraine and evidence-based medicine data were analyzed; procedure of complex competitiveness level estimation of drugs was developed and used for NSAIDS; algorithm and dataware of computer program used for registration and analysis of pharmacotherapy was worked out and proper and typical rheumatoid arthritis therapy scheme common in regional practice was analyzed; they are introduced into the activity of state regulator and executive authority of Ministry of Public Health of Ukraine, health care and pharmaceutical organizations, representative offices of producers and educational process of 7 high educational institutions; area - pharmacy.
