The dissertation deals with the problem of masters preparation at Pedagogical Higher Educational Estab-lishments and the peculiarities of their multicultural competence formation. The multicultural competence levels and their criteria are defined.The pedagogical technology of masters multicultural competence formation at Pedagogical Higher Educational Estab-lishments, the main pedagogical conditions of its realization have been theoretically substantiated and experimentally verified. According to the results, the introduction of the pedagogical technology into masters preparation stimulates a rise in the level of their multicultural competence.
