The thesis is devoted to the scientific ground and development of organizational and methodical recommendations of the introduction of the controlling system on industrial pharmaceutical enterprises, directed on the increase of price availability of drags and providing strategic competitiveness of producers. The controlling system has been improved taking into account the activity specific of pharmaceutical enterprises in the conditions of the introduction of the orientation-on-clients-approach and quality management. The organizationally methodical providing and informative providing of the controlling system have been grounded. The estimation effectiveness method and the estimation socio-economic efficiency method of the introduction and functioning of the controlling system on pharmaceutical enterprises has been offered for the first time.
