Bakalets O. The peculiarities of allergic dermatosis with the cytomegaloviral infection

Object of research - allergic dermatosiss. The aim of investigation - to set the clinical and patogenikal of allergic dermatosiss in combination with a cytomegaloviral infection and perfect them complex therapy. The methods of research - standardized clinical inspection was conducted, specific allergicdiagnostics, biochemical, immunological, imunoensimical research, polimeraz chain reaction. Results - the state of the immune system and the peculiarities of the allergic reaction realization in patients with allergic dermatosis have been studied in accordance with the disease severity and duration; the presence of the accompanying cytomegaloviral infection and the application of the glucocorticoid therapy. The intensity of endogenic intoxication, the processes of colagenic fiber destruction, the formation of cryoglobulins have been stated to depend on the activity of the accompanying viral process and the clinical course of allergic dermatosis.. The use of the acyclovir and groprinosinum leads to the permanent remission in 62-63% of the patients; the normalization of the indices of the immune system, endotoxicosis and cryoglobulinemia; significant decrease in the quantity of oxyproline and the markers of the cytomegaloviral infection.
