Essay

Object – of the research is the system of pedagogical education in Germany; the subject of the research – reforms in the educational content and structural organization in pedagogical institutions of Germany; the aim of the research is the investigation of the reasons that caused reforming processes in the educational system of Germany; finding out the ways of using fruitful ideas of German experience in the process of the Ukrainian pedagogic educational system modernization; methods of the scientific pedagogical research: methods of selection, systematization, evaluation of information (to study the problems of the research); methods of pedagogical analyses, synthesis, summing up and comparing facts (for the characteristics of modern conditions of the German pedagogical science and its reforms); method of comparing analyses (to compare the conditions of Germany and Ukraine in entering the common European educational society); problematic and structural methods in their unity (to find out the ways to use positive experience of the German teacher training system in the conditions of Ukrainian pedagogical reforms); scientific novelty: the division into periods in German pedagogical reforms (the second half XXth – the beginning of the XXIst century) for the first time is made; their dependence on inner and outer political and economical factors is analyzed; possibilities and perspectives of the German educational positive experience usage in the Ukrainian teacher training system are found out; further development is received in the analyses of the German pedagogical education and the influence of educational reforms on the process of studying at the higher educational establishment; the new facts and materials engrossing the knowledge about German teacher training system (the second half XXth – the beginning of the XXIst century) are found out.
