Dissertation is dedicated to the analysis of peculiarities of a person suffering from opioid addiction concomitant with HIV - infection and to the elaboration of a system of staged psychotherapy and psychoprevention for the given category of patients on the basis of interdisciplinary and integrative approaches. On the basis of obtained facts system of psychotherapy and psychopreven-tion in combination treatment of people suffering from opioid addiction and HIV - infected, which can be applied both in in - patient hospitals and in outpatient con-ditions, was elaborated. Treatment effectiveness is raised at the combination of diverse types of psychotherapy methods.
