Essay

The dissertation opens character of a German occupational mode and features of Resistance movement in territory Ternopil region in a year of the German-Soviet war (1941-1944). The basic directions of German occupational policy in reichskommissariat "Ukraine" and district "Galicia" are outlined and found out attitudes of local population to hitler's "new order". Major factors of German authority which have caused, both passive resistance of the population, and the organized antifascist Resistance movement in Ternopil region. The basic periods of formation and development of antifascist movement in Ternopil region and certain directions of Resistance movement are shown: the Ukrainian nationalists (OUN and UPA), Polish independent (АК) and Soviet movements.
