Essay

The object of research is a nosocomial pneumonia against the background of the acute lymphoblastic leukaemias. The aim is to develop an algorithm of diagnostics nosocomial pneumonia in children with acute leukaemia in neutropenia to optimize the treatment-and-prophylactic actions in this quota of patients. The research methods are the general clinical and laboratory, immunological, microbiological and instrumental (X-ray, a spiral computer tomography, bronchoscopy and bronchoalveolar lavage, ultrasonic research). As a result it was offered the algorithm of diagnostics and therapy of nosocomial pneumonia in children with neutropenia, the use of the presented treatment-and-prophylactic actions promoted the decrease of the causes from nosocomial pneumonia in neutropenia in 3,3 times. An area of application is pulmonology, hematology, oncology, pediatrics.
