The dissertation is devoted to study in the Ukrainian village of the Left Bank in the 20's - early 30-ies of XX century. Research topics based on an analysis of published and archival sources, using the general literature and special content. Author Analyzes the establishment of Soviet power in the Ukrainian village and its impact on the transformation of social processes, social, political and cultural changes in the village on the Left Bank in 1920, those relations of the villages and cities, worsening social divisions in the Ukrainian village, the reaction of peasants to the activities of Soviet power. Researcher studied the the influence of Soviet policy on the social structure of villages, culture, education, moral and ethical climate, the role of organized by them in village government organizations and business level of rural officials and activists to analyze the level of awareness of peasants belonging to the Ukrainian nation, its culture and traditions.
