Dissertation research is devoted to activity of organs of zemstvo's self. The changes are explored in the personnel of zemscih collections, and also position in an explored period of employees of zemsvo's structures. A policy is analysed in relation to the organs of zemstvo's self-government of the Ukrainian political modes, and also other military-political forces, that operated in a region. Financial position of zemstvos, and also their work assignments above all.
