Essay

Object – the technology of of Clarification of Syrup, yellow Sugar and its Clarives. Methods –chemical,phisical-chemical, experimental and statistical. Novelty – Experimental researches confirmed the effi-ciency of using the wasteprocessing, i.e. defekosaturations sediment as an adsorbent of nonsugar syrup. On the basis of researches the method ofdecolouration of syrups and clarives with the help of defekosaturations sediment activated by lime, which provides theintermediate sulphitation of the syrup by clarives after the third frame of evaporating installation, clearing the syrup with asediment, filtration and returning of the cleared products on the fourth frame of evaporating installation for the furthercondensation is developed. By means of methods of mathematical processing experimental data, on the basis of receiveddependences of effects of clearing the syrup optimum parameters of process are determined. The ways of affination of yellowsugars of the third product and unwhited yellow sugar of the second product with the second flowing of the first product, thatconsiderably raises quality of yellow sugars and therefore the quality and output of white sugar are worked out. The way ofpreparation of clarives of yellow sugars by a syrup after the third frame of evaporating installation, that leads to decreasing ofpower expenses on evaporation of the syrup, decreasing of loading on the fourth frame of evaporating installation and leads toincreasing of the content of dry substances in syrup after evaporating. Keywords: a syrup, clarives, the affination of yellowsugars, an adsorbent, defekosaturations sediment, effect of decolouration.
