Object – the improvement of common method of the raw juice (using activated silica acid and filtroperlit), and additionalthin syrup purification by means filtroperlit. Purpose of investigations – evaluation and development of the high effectivemethods of the raw juice and thin syrup purification. Methods – physical-chemical, analytical, experimental data optimization.Novelty – it has been found that use of activated silica acid and filtroperlit in raw juice and thin syrup purification leads to thesignificant rise of the raw juice purification level. The new method of the raw juice preliminary purification has beendevelopment. Keywords: raw juice purification, thin syrup purification, activated silica acid, filtroperlit, sugar yield.
