Object – the improvement of common method of the raw juice (using activated silica acid and filtroperlit), and additionalthin syrup purification by means filtroperlit. Purpose of investigations – evaluation and development of the high effectivemethods of the raw juice and thin syrup purification. Methods – physical-chemical, analytical, experimental data optimization.Novelty – it has been found that use of activated silica acid and filtroperlit in raw juice and thin syrup purification leads to thesignificant rise of the raw juice purification level.
