Essay

On the basis of complex inspection 147 children with post-traumatic peritonitis of different origin and results of experimental research improved his diagnostics. Grounded and offered the differentiated going near the choice of surgical tactic of treatment of post-traumatic peritonitis depending on his character, functional and anatomo-morphological changes. Due to the developed program groundless surgical interferences are eliminated with 42,86% sufferings children, minimization of lethality is well-to-do to 1,36% and the amount of postoperative complications is mionectic to 17,0% - in early, and to 7,58% - in remote periods.
