Lobojko L. Increase of effectiveness of carriages use

The thesis is devoted to a problem of effective utilization of carriages in market conditions due to the prolongation of their service life and perfection of methods of operation. The scientific studies and research works concerning coach yards renovation, prolongation of their service life period, change of interrepair life, introductions of new methods of carriages operation are analysed in this paper. The condition of existing coach yard is investigated, its physical aging and obsolescence are determined, the possibility of renovation due to the purchasing of new cars is considered. The predictive number of carriages for a period of 2009-2015 and available number of carriages are calculated, methods of effectiveness increase of efficiency of their use are improved. Alternative methods of the solution of this problem are offered. The possibility of prolongation of carriages' life cycle which service life has been expired, due to additional resource tests and tests for durability is proved. The new interrepair cycle, general car life and technique of efficiency estimation of these actions are offered. Organization of passenger trains operation is improved. Methods of a rolling stock cyclisation on two and three directions are systematized and improved. The saving rate of the actions offered in the thesis is determined.
