Blood circulation and oxygen homeostasis of a liver. To investigate mechanisms of action endothelin-1 on blood circulation and oxygen balance of a rats liver. Registered pressure of blood in portal vein and a carotid invasive a method electro-manometry, changes blood capacitance of a liver by method of bioelecrical impedance, local blood flow in a liver by means by method hydrogen gas clearance with electrochemical generation of hydrogen, a pressure of oxygen in a liver and speed of consumption of its oxygen by method of polarography.Vasomotor effect of endothelin-1 on liver is carried out, mainly, through ETA–receptors and partially through ?-adrenoreceptors in liver vessels. Effect of endothelin-1 on liver tissue respiration and heat production in it is realized through these receptors. Sphere of use is the medicine, biology.
