Object: the process of the labour socialization of the youth in the activity of public organizations and movements; Purpose: to ground scientifically and to develop richly in content the model of labour socialization of young people and implement it in the activity of public organizations; Methods: analysis of literature, simulation, observation, experiment; Novelty: the model of labour socialization of youth in the activity of public organizations was firstly groundet and developed, the concept „labour socialization of youth” in social and pedagogical aspect was firstly defined; Results: the model of labour socialization of young people was implemented into a social and educational process of public organization, program of activity „Association of labour societies of Ukrainian youth” was developed; Field: social pedagogics.
