Genetic and demographic processes were described among population of Zaporizka Oblast. Fetal reproductive losses frequency and birth defects frequency was estimated. Reduction of newborns' height was found out in Zaporizhzhya. Such changes may be provoked by genofund changes caused by man-made pollution. Priority risk factors score of genetic caused reproductive losses was shown.
