Essay

The object of the research is the technology of the acid-proof processing the comprising cellulose textile materials. The aim of the research is to improve the technology of the acid-proof processing at the expense of development multimeter method of quality assessment of the raw and finished commodity. Methods of the research is the polarization microscopy method using quartz wedge, X-ray diffraction analysis, fluorescence method, IR - spectroscopy using attachment broken total internal reflection. It is shown for the first time that for the acid-proof processing reasonably to use comprisin celluose materials, that are manufactured from cotton yarn with minimal content low maturity fibers. An assessment of the acid-proof processing the comprising cellulose materials effectiveness by the comparative reduction in material high-quality fibers after aggressive factors processing. A new methodology of ripe fibers determination by using polarization microscopy method using quartz wedge was created. An installation of the developments in industry is planning. The assessment of the effectiveness of the acid-proof processing the comprising cellulose materials can be used in textile industry, notably in the process of textile materials processing by the acid-proof drugs.
