Brukhnov H. Correlation between macromorphometrical parameters of kidneys with somatical sizes in teenagers in norm

First in the research of the histological state of kidneys in the dynamic has been conducted at different methods of surgical correction of portal hypertension. For the first time a new method of splenorenal shunting, which regulates the portion of blood supply to the left kidney vein has been worked out and morphofunctionaly substantiated. First on the basis of morphological and morphometrical descriptions the optimal length of resection of small intestine for the correction of portal hypertension has been established. The dynamics of histological changes in the organs of abdominal cavity has been determined according to the given method of correction which keeps the parameters of hemodynamics near to the norm in the portal system and prevents morphological changes in the organs of abdominal cavity.
