Essay

The dissertation is devoted to study of informativeness of two types of molecular-genetic markers (ISSR-PCR and RAPD-PCR) for differentiation of animal and plant genomes. Bovinae and Phaseoleae species were used as models. Algorithm of optimization of multilocus fingerprint was applied and method of standardization of DNA extraction protocol was proposed. Optimal range of reagent concentration and conditions of ISSR- and RAPD-PCR conducting were determined.
