Objects – the herbal medicines used at gastroenterological, urological diseases, the case record, out-patient cards at treatment of a stomach ulcer, a dispepsia, a hepatites, a cholecystitis, infectious diseases of kidneys, urolithiasis, an adenoma prostate, evidence-based medicine, ratios of effectiveness, safety, dynamics of cost of herbal medicines; methods - the system, marketing analysis, the pharmacoeconomic analysis, an expert estimation, mathematic-statistical, the regression analysis, modelling, semantic, methods of computer science; novelty - it is proved algorithm and techniques of the pharmacoeconomic analysis of herbal medicines and use of their results at creation Formularies of medical establishments, it is proved a technique of a supply with information about herbal medicines on evidence-based medicine, the circular is prepared, have received the further development ordering of methods of the pharmacoeconomic analysis, a terminology after herbal medicines, a pharmacoeconomic substantiation of lists of herbal medicines at treatment dispepsia, stomach ulcers, ulcers 12- gut, a hepatites, cholecystites, infections of kidneys, urolithiasis, an adenoma prostate; results - the list of herbal medicines with an optimum parameter "cost - effectivenes" for treatment gastroenterological and urological diseases are determined, is systematized evidence-based medicine about herbs, proved model of a computer database about herbal medicines with pharmacoeconomic parameters, evidence-based medicine; it is introduced into practical activities of central administrative boards of public health services, chemist's of 4-th areas of Ukraine, educational process 6-th higher educational medical institutions; area – pharmacy.
