The preservation of vascular collaterals between Nuck's diverticulum and a testicular cord enables risk reduction of descended testis atrophy during the post surgical period and is a way of additional blood supply to the testis in cryptorchism; Introduced - in medical practice, in educational process; branch - medicine.
