Research subjects: a persistent bronchial asthma of a sredne-heavy and serious current The aim of the investigation: rising of efficiency of the deoxidiziry treatment sick of a persistent bronchial asthma depending on basic antiinflammatory therapy on the basis of the complex analysis of a condition of a mineral homeostasis and indexes of system of antioxidatic protection with working out of the corresponding schema of correction at their breaking. Methods: Clinical, functional, instrumental, laboratory: photometric and atomic absorption, medico-social, statistical. Theoretical and practical results: the Basic scientific result of dissertational research is the taped pathogenetic interrelation between clinical features of a current of a bronchial asthma and depth of breaking of mineral metabolism. Taking into account the received data, the differentiated techniques of the combined application galoaerosol are developed and vitaminno-mineral complexes, their clinical efficiency during the immediate and kept away periods is confirmed, the expediency of application in practice is proved. Novelty: In the dissertation for the first time it is positioned, that depth of breaking of mineral metabolism is defined by severity level of disease and volume of basic antiinflammatory therapy. It is proved, that level of trace elements is interdependent to indexes of activity of some ingredients of system of antioxidatic protection that is displayed by reduction of percent of a saturation by iron of a transferrin which correlates with deficiency of serum iron. For the first time it is applied and shown, that additional appointment of vitaminno-mineral complexes (Са, Cu, Zn, Fe) promotes restoration of some indexes (iron, zinc) the mineral status in patients with persistant bronchial asthma a sredne-heavy current. For the first time patterns of action of the offered complex on current bronchial asthma, a mineral metabolism condition, level trace elements, quality of a life are positioned.
