Korobko O. The optimization of treatment of patients with moderate severe asthma applying with the application of acoustic vibromassage of lungs

Object of research - Moderate Severe Asthma. The aim of investigation was to increase efficiency of treatment the patients with Moderate Severe Asthma by means of including acoustic vibromassage of lungs into the complex treatment. The methods of research - general clinical, a diary of own observation with monitoring of asthma symptoms, frequency of employment of need broncholytic, functional (spirography, picfluometry); investigation of reological properties and cytologic examination of phlegm, filling of questionnaire (valuing of quality of life the patients with Ukrainian version total questionnaire MOS SF-36). Results - additional inclusion of a 10-days course of acoustic vibromassage of lungs which is performed with the assistance of a device with low frequency sound of constant rate "ЕОЛ ТУ У 19016204.001-2000" on the basis of medical therapy contributes to reliable enhancement of efficiency of treatment the patients with moderately severe asthma at the expense of positive dynamics on the side of main clinical symptoms, the function of the external respiration, rheological properties of phlegm, improvement parameters of quality of life in asthma patients. Area of application - pulmonology.
