3. Objects – calcium citrate, lecithin, vitamin D3, ascorbic acid and tablets on their base; aim – development of composition, technology and investigation of tablets on the base of calcium citrate and lecithin and tablets, containing calcium citrate, lecithin, vitamin D3 and ascorbic acid for prophylaxis and treatment of pathologies, caused by insufficient quantities and level of calcium assimilation in the human organism; methods – physical and pharmaco-tecnological methods for evaluation of characteristics of powdered systems, mathematical-statistical methods of experiment planning and processing of results of investigations (plans of dispersive and regressive analyses, random equilibrium, a priori ranking and plotting of graphic dependences), pharmaco-tecnological methods for investigation of quality indices of tablet drugs; methods for identification and quantitative determination of active substances in the drugs (qualitative colour reactions, thin layer chromatography, UV-spectrophotometry method for detection; methods of quantitative determination comprise high performance liquid chromatography, iodometry method, reverse complexonometry titration), acid value of lecithin, methods for studying of tablet toxicological safety indices; novelty –drugs in the form of tablets for chewing, conventionally named «Calcithin», yielding calcium citrate and lecithin and «Calcithin forte» which contains calcium citrate, lecithin, vitamin D3 and ascorbic acid have been worked out; the research for optimization of tablet powdered systems which contain more than thirty per cent of lecithin – plastic component with expressed adhesive properties; the possibility for use of a number of new adjuvants in the pharmaceutical technology was examined; results – assortment of calcium containing drugs available on the market of Ukraine has been studied; scientific references on the role of lecithin and calcium for formation of bone tissue have been analysed; the influence of 25 adjuvants and their content on properties of mixture for tablet formation and indices of tablets on the base of calcium citrate and lecithin, conventionally named «Calcithin», have been studied; the influence of 16 adjuvants and their contents on properties of mixture for tablet formation and indices of tablets on the base of calcium citrate and lecithin, conventionally named «Calcithin forte», have been also studied; the influence of pressure value on solidity of tablets, which contain lecithin, and their adhesive to press-instrument have been investigated; optimal compositions and technology for manufacturing of tablets «Calcithin» and «Calcithin forte» have been developed; techniques for qualitative and quantitative analyses of active substances in the preparations have been worked out; quality control of the preparations has been carried out; drafts of the analytical and normative documentation and technological order for manufacturing of tablets for chewing «Calcithin» have been developed; technological and equipment diagrams for manufacturing of tablets for chewing «Calcithin forte» have been worked out; the technology for manufacturing and methods of quality control of tablets «Calcithin» in industrial conditions have been approbated; microbiological purity of the preparations has been investigated; terms and storage conditions have been determined; elements of ostheotropic action of tablets for chewing «Calcithin» and «Calcithin forte» have been investigated; the results have been introduced in academician process of 3 higher educational institutions of Ukraine; an area – pharmacy.
