Melnik L. Ukranian context of science-pedagogical and publishing activity of Osip Bodjanskij

On the basis of profound learning of a lot of sources and archive materials was explored Ukranian context of science-pedagogical and publishing activity of one of the main representative of Ukranian people O. Bodjanskij in the middle of 19 century. The complex of factors which influence on the formation his views and civil position was defined. The main attention was paid to the folk and pedagogical activity of scientist, Russian slavonic school which was created by him on the years of his work in Moscow University. The meaning of his scientific and literature connects etnographic of west and south slavics which were received in the time of his foreign scientific trip are opened. It was given the mark to his social activity, his role and place in the system of created in the middle of 19 centure moscow scientific and creative elit. There were showed the motives and meaning of his friendship with the representatives of ukranian people - T. Shevshenko, P. Kulish, N. Gogol.
