Zhmurik V. Anthropogenetic peculiarities of city adults with diabetes mellitus of the first type in Podillya region of Ukraine

It has been determined particular for the disease constitutional diathesis types which are characterized by changes of proportion of anthropometric and somatotypologic body parameters in city men and women with diabetes mellitus of the first type in Podillya region. It is presented phenotypologic characteristics of the finger and palm dermatoglyphics which mark senses to diabetes mellitus of the first type and to the clinical course of the disease. It has been found out peculiarities of distribution of the erythrocyte blood antigens according to the system of ABO and Rh depending on the clinical course of the disease in men and women with diabetes mellitus. It was worked out discriminated models of development of diabetes mellitus of the first type in men and women of Podillya region depending on peculiarities of a body structure and its sizes and a model of the disease’s clinical course depending on dermatoglyphics and serologic parameters.
